KEITH Floyd, the flamboyant cook and television personality is selling the entire contents of his Irish home, Creek Lodge in Kinsale, Co Cork. He recently sold the waterside home for over £300,000. David Herman of Herman & Wilkinson will conduct an auction at the house next Tuesday; over 600 lots will be on offer.
These include a large collection of model toys and boats, rare and unusual fishing tackle and, of course, masses of kitchen utensils. Creek Lodge is furnished in country style and there is plenty of good quality rustic furniture, including an 18th century oak blanket box (£300-£500) and a stunning pony-sized wooden rocking horse (£500-£700).
Other lots include several stuffed and eased fish and large quantities of pottery decorated with fish. Everything must go, including a 1950s 500cc motorcycle (£2,500 - £3,000) and a 1953 Morris Countryman (£2,500-£3,000).
Viewing is tomorrow from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m
