What's on your rider?At the moment, next to nothing. We are easily pleased.

What's the best gig you've been to?Bon Iver, Galway Arts Festival '09. They pulled off some great four-part harmonies.

What are your favourite and least favourite venues?Favourite has to be the Róisín Dubh, hometown venue and all. Least favourite? Any venue is bad when it's empty.

Who is the most famous person to have shown up at one of your gigs?Michael D Higgins at Sea Sessions!

Most embarrassing on-stage moment?Happened last week. Shane grabbed the mic off the stand for the climax of our last song and only realised after that he had unplugged it from the lead.

What's the most you've ever paid for a gig ticket?Oxegen and Electric Picnic fairly broke the bank a few years back. Money well spent, though!

Chatting between songs – good or bad?Necessary. It gives the guitarists time to tune up!

Groupies. Would you?Groupies are a myth as far as we're concerned.

How many roadies does it take to change your lightbulbs?There's usually a friend willing to give a hand with the gear.

Have you a special stage wardrobe?For a while there was an outbreak of cardigans, but that has passed.

Any useful stage tips?Be nice to everyone in the venue. Then they are generally quite nice back.

What's the worst thing ever thrown at you? A look.

If you could be in any other band, which one?This one does just fine, thanks.
