While this is still in demo form, Starring Roleis a track from Marina's new album Electra Heart(due out early next year) and it finds her in vintage form. Fans may have been perturbed by her gloss-pop sheen on last single Radioactive, but Starring Roleis Maz back in outsider mode, with a biting tongue and a bitter heart. Featuring an ex who won't put her first, she warbles that "sometimes I ignore you so I can feel in control". You're better off without him, love.

Winner of this week's Too Much Information awardis Kelly Rowland. The X Factorjudge told the Daily Mailthat there is no way she's going to miss Beyoncé giving birth. "My best friend had a baby and I wasn't there to see the baby born. I get choked up even now talking about it because I wasn't there.

“So now it’s important to me to share those moments with my friends and with my family,” Rowland said. But with modern technological advancements, she’s since found a way to counter geography. “I wouldn’t miss the birth of Beyoncé’s baby. I can’t. I don’t want to miss those moments. It’s life happening to people that I love and I want to be a part of it. I watched my best friend’s baby being born on Skype.”

That said, Olly "wearing a hat doesn't equal having a personality". Murs is running a close second to Kelly R after boasting to the Sun of stealing Justin Bieber's knickers recently. When Bieber was on the Xtra Factor, hosted by Murs, Olly decided "I was like, I'll take them. They are Justin Bieber's pants after all. I thought I could earn a fortune selling them on eBay. They had clearly been used but I was just walking around the studio swinging them around." Lovely. At least he didn't keep them for himself although, he admits, "in the end I gave them to a girl who works on the show and is a massive fan."
