MUSIC NEWS: The wheels are finally being put in motion on the film version of God Help the Girl, the musical project written and directed by Belle Sebastian frontman Stuart Murdoch, who has already released a full-length soundtrack as a precursor to the film, which will be shot in 2012.
It will be partly crowd-funded, and Murdoch is currently looking for executive producers and investors to get the ball rolling. godhelpthegirl.com
