Depeche Mode malaise

A computer game-player in California has subpoenaed Martin Gore of Depeche Mode in a bizarre bid to bring the makers of role-playing game World of Warcraftto court. Erik Estavillo is suing Activision Blizzard because he believes that the game "contributes to his sense of alienation". To prove it, he has subpoenaed Gore and actress Winona Ryder - two people he believes to be well-versed on the subject.
