We like Pink. Yes, she can be strident, in your face and seems not to mind that her tunes often stumble under the weight of too much arena-friendly guitar riffage. But throughout all of this bracing assertiveness, she remains honest to her roots, an integrity that often gets overlooked when she is lumped in with the likes of Britney, Christina and others far too dreary to list. Pink's sixth studio album sees her up the ante in commercial terms as she clamps her arms around top- notch pop producer Greg Kurstin, who, as well as having a hand in several boom-boom thumpers, brings along his old mucker Lily Allen, now officially known as Lily Rose Cooper, to help out on True Love.
