DUBLIN'S Newman House plays host to two fairs tomorrow, one of them the usual antiques and collectables events, featuring the customary range of items such as silver and jewellery - not least of which are some pieces of Victorian paste - and plenty of prints, including late 18th century engravings of Etruscan and Roman figures. In addition, there will be autographs and letters on sale, including a signed photograph of Ava Gardner, a letter from Julia Roberts and signatures from historical worthies such as the Duke of Wellington, Daniel O'Connell and Parnell.
Elsewhere in the same building, a special book fair will be held, attended by dealers' from right across the Republic. Items on sales include an autographed copy of Bob Dylan's only published book, Tarantula, a two volume first edition of Elizabeth Barrett's poems dating from 1844, an illustrated edition of Arthur Rackham's work and a copy of The Road and Route Guide of the Royal Irish Constabulary, published by Hodges Figgis in 1894.
