Circulation figures for the Cork Evening Echo supplied by the Audit Bureau of Circulations and published in the editions of March 22nd showed that between July and December, 1995, average sales were 25,970.
This should have read 25,470. The sales of the newspaper for the same period in 1996 were 25,491, giving a percentage increase of 0.1 per cent, not a decline of nearly 2 per cent.
