SINCE Came So Far For Beauty first hit the road, there have been various cast changes and additions as it has roamed from city to the city.

At the first production in Brooklyn, New York in June 2003, those performing under a big Maple Leaf flag included Nick Cave, Laurie Anderson, the Handsome Family and braces of Wainwrights (Rufus and Martha), Thompsons (Teddy and Linda) and McGarrigles (Kate and Anna).

Brighton was the next stop, with two Came So Far For Beauty evenings at the Dome Theatre in May 2004. These featured all of the above plus Jarvis Cocker and Beth Orton.

The show next fetched up at the Sydney Opera House in January 2005. This run featured the Brighton line-up with Antony deputising for Laurie Anderson.

For the Dublin shows at the Point on October 4th and 5th, the evenings will include debut performances from Lou Reed, Mary Margaret O'Hara and Gavin Friday as well as such regular Lenny fans as Jarvis Cocker, Laurie Anderson, Antony, Beth Orton, The Handsome Family, Nick Cave and Teddy Thompson.
