Town & Country hold their first sale of the year tomorrow with a house contents clearance auction at 64 Claremount Road, Sandymount, Dublin. Victorian furniture is the main feature but there is also a Regency sofa table at between £3,500 and £4,500, as well as a Victorian bookcase (estimate, £1,200-£1,400) and Victorian overmantle mirrors.
