HULL - An elderly woman who claims to hold a £2 million winning lottery ticket has written to the Hull Daily Mail saying that she will not claim the money.
The ticket, which won the prize last May, was bought by the woman's husband, who has since died, she says in the letter. "I was very shocked when he did, he had never gambled in his life, so I don't know why he, did it. I hope the money will go to the hospitals, they are kind and looked after my husband. The ticket is on the front room table."
