A letter from Mr Niall Andrews MEP in last Thursday’s editions said that Frank McDonald, Environment correspondent, had accused him of making an “extraordinary outburst” in relation to CIE’s Dublin light rail project. In fact, the phrase used by Mr McDonald in his article was “extraordinary intervention”
