Greencore has announced the retirement of two of its executive directors. Chief financial officer Mr Kevin O'Sullivan (59) and chief administrative officer Mr Benjamin Power (59) will leave the company in April and July 2002 respectively.

Mr O'Sullivan will be replaced by development director, Mr Patrick Kennedy (32). The company has also announced that Ms Caroline Bergin (40) will become group company secretary. She is currently deputy group secretary.
