ALL EYES will be on the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) tomorrow as it seeks to raise €1.5 billion on the market through its monthly bond auction.

It is likely that the agency will have to pay a higher premium than in previous monthly sales after markets responded negatively to the ESRI report that Ireland’s budget deficit could be as high as 19.75 per cent of GDP this year.
