This Week

The focus this week will be on Europe as markets wait to see if a Greek miracle can be pulled off and a second bail-out package agreed. Domestically, the key indicator of the week will be the first quarter GDP/GNP data which will give a snapshot of the health of the economy. Any growth that the figures reveal is likely to have come from the export sector, while the domestic economy is expected to have remained weak .
