The most important challenge confronting business leaders in the next decade may be how to encourage people to volunteer their minds and energies to purposes they consider worthwhile, according to a new book by company director and academic Dr Ivor Kenny.

Freedom and Order: Studies in Strategic Leadership is based on Dr Kenny's work with some of Ireland's top companies and examines how they work, what makes them successful and where they are headed.

The book is published by Oak Tree Press and was launched last night by Dr Tony O'Reilly.
