SmartForce, the Dublin-based e-Learning company, has signed a multi-year agreement to provide a hosted, cost-efficient e-learning solution to RBC Dominion Securities.

RBC Dominion Securities, the full service brokerage arm of Royal Bank Financial Group, will use the SmartForce infrastructure to educate its employee base in e-business, technology and business skills.
