THE SPOTLIGHT will be firmly on Wednesday’s live register figures which will show if the slight decline in the unemployment rate in April continued into May.
A number of key euro zone indicators are also due this week, including inflation data for May, although these releases are likely to be overshadowed by the Greek debt crisis.
Markets in the US and UK are closed today with some European markets shut on Thursday.
