BDO Ireland is undertaking a major expansion, adding seven new partners and increasing staff numbers by 20 per cent.
The advisory firm said it would create 15 jobs over the next 18 months with the establishment of a dedicated risk and advisory service. Meanwhile, 60 new employees would join the Dublin and Limerick offices.
The seven partners joining the firm will head teams within the corporate recovery and restructuring, corporate finance, consulting, audit, taxation and risk advisory areas.
BDO also plans to expand both its rescue and recovery and corporate finance services, with Brian McEnery and Con Quigley joining as partners. BDO now has 33 partners in Ireland, with a total staff of more than 320.
“These appointments underline BDO’s continued commitment to deliver the level of advice and expertise our clients expect. This announcement comes at a time when BDO globally are experiencing record growth,” said BDO Ireland’s managing partner Derry Gray.
“I’m confident that we will be able to show further expansion in service areas and staffing levels as our new teams develop.”
