Readymix director makes gain

Readymix director Mr Brendan Fitzgerald has increased his stake in the building materials company to over 247,000 shares by buying 20,000 shares at an option price of 51p (€0.65). With Readymix shares trading at €1.41 in the market, Mr Fitzgerald has made a paper gain of €15,200 (£11,971) on the transaction.
