Property costs UK firm €4.9m

Jermyn Investment Properties, a British publicly quoted property company with interests in the Republic, has acquired a freehold office/retail property in Guildford, Surrey, for £3.24 million sterling (€4.9 million). It has a joint venture company, Castle Market Holding, with Treasury Holdings.
