Shares in Parthus fell 13 per cent yesterday as an investment fund managed by Goldman Sachs sold a significant chunk of the firm's shares at a 10 per cent discount.
The investment fund, GS Capital Partners III, sold shares representing 7.4 per cent of Parthus's share capital at a discount price of 40.5 pence sterling per share.
Shares in Parthus closed down 6.5 pence at 40.5 pence, a fall of 13.83 per cent on the London Stock Exchange.
