HOW thoughtful of ISME's Frank Mulcahy to include a list of the 110 "major reports and press releases" (sic) which he issued during this year with the association's annual report.
The Margin's favourite missive from Frank was the wonderfully titled "Nobody Told Private Sector Employees" closely followed by the well thumbed "major report" or "press release" entitled "Southern Region Lunch Function".
Frank's annual report also quotes an unnamed TD telling him: "You have been the most forthright, vicious and determined group, I have met. I hold you in high regard for that.
And all this from the man who once was photographed in his office surrounded by the copious paperwork which ISME complains is imposed on them by government.
