INVESTORS who lost money when an ostrich farming company collapsed are backing a "rescue plan" which involves them putting in more cash, it was announced yesterday.
They have raised the £1.5 million needed to finance a new venture and will be hoping that, this time, they actually make some money.
Around 2,700 people put nearly £22 million sterling into the Ostrich Farming Corporation, which had promised annual returns in excess of 50 per cent.
