The Minister for Public Enterprise, Ms O'Rourke, opened COLT Telecom Ireland's Network Operations Centre at the IDA Business Centre in Dublin this week.

The opening of the centre is part of an initial £12 million investment in the company's infrastructure in Ireland. COLT currently has operations in 27 European cities across 11 countries.
