DIY retail group Hampden is expanding its operations in Northern Ireland with plans for a £2 million (€2.53 million) Homebase store in Derry. Hampden has entered into a lease agreement for the 55,000 sq ft store and 15,000 sq ft garden centre, with an option for further store expansion.
