Mr Pat Molloy, who retired as group chief executive of Bank of Ireland last month, has been appointed chairman designate of the new employment agency which will replace Forbairt, the Irish Trade Board and part of FAS. His appointment to the Company Development Agency was made by the Tanaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Ms Harney.
