BCP Asset Management and Anglo Irish Assurance Company have collaborated to introduce a new unit linked fund offering investors the opportunity to participate in commercial property in the London area. The fund will invest in office property with "blue chip" tenants in premier office locations in London.

Investors in the London Commercial Property Fund pay exit tax of 23 per cent when they withdraw profits from the fund, or following its maturity after seven years. The closing date is December 17th and the minimum investment is £25,000.
