A livestock exporter told the High Court yesterday that a ban on all livestock carried on ships owned by Pandoro Limited to be imposed from today would put him out of business.
Hinde Livestock Exports Ltd yesterday applied to the court for an order to restrain Pandoro applying its ban on all livestock from today. The President of the High Court, Mr Justice Costello, adjourned the hearing of the application until today.
