IFG directors share in £249,000 package

THREE executive directors of IFG Group shared a remuneration package of £249 000 for 1996, an average of £83,000 each. This compared with a £291,000 package shared between four executive directors for 1995, an average of £72,750 each.

The 1996 average payment was up 14 per cent on 1995, previous year. Pretax profits rose by 45 per cent to £1.56 million. The package was salaries (to £181,000 from £215,000), bonuses (to £21,000 from £53,000), benefits in kind (£8,000) and pensions (to £39,000 from £23,000).
