IDA Ireland has asked the High Court to declare it the owner of a three-acre parcel of land in Limerick. A local developer, Butler Homes Ltd, claims it owns the land. The IDA is also seeking damages for trespass from the company. The hearing before Mr Justice Smyth continues today.
