ICC Venture Capital has invested £500,000 (€634,870) in Risk Management International (RMI), the Dublin-based firm which helps companies minimise "operational risks" such as fraud, fire, product contamination, extortion and natural disasters.

ICC will now have a 25 per cent shareholding in the company which is led by a former Irish army captain, Mr Peadar Duffy. RMI currently employs 30 people and plans to double this over the next three years.
