GARLAND Ormond International (GOI), the Limerick-based consulting engineering company, has won four overseas contracts worth £1 million. The contracts are for water and sewage treatment centres in South America, eastern Europe and Papua New Guinea. Mr Caimin Jones, managing director of GOI, said the Irish Trade Board was a valuable ally in winning the tenders against strong international competition. GOI, a subsidiary of Thomas Garland and Partners, was founded in 1989.
