First Active has introduced a "mortgage wizard" on-screen software system which provides customers with a step-by-step guide to the mortgage process. According to First Active, the wizard will provide answers to all relevant questions, from interest rates to appropriate income and home protection.

The wizard is an addition to First Active's Mortgage Advisor, which can generate a personalised report so that customers have all the information they need to select the best mortgage option.
