A Galway-based salmon processing firm has landed a #1 million (£790,000) contract with Metro Italia, part of the world's largest multiple food chain. Sea Spray's deal with Metro Italia will be confined initially to the Italian market, and will involve shipping about 50 tonnes of fish annually.
