IT Solutions secured a double honour this month by receiving awards from leading British publication, Call Centre Focus, and the Irish Call Centre Awards selection committee within the space of a week for its new call centre simulator software product, Simone.

The product secured the "Editors Award" from Call Centre Focus magazine (November/December issue) and a highly commended rating in the "Best New Product or Service" category at last week's Irish Call Centre Awards.

The call centre simulator was developed in Dublin and launched in September at the Voice98 exhibition in London.
