CRH take-overs completed

CRH has announced the completion of the acquisitions of Finnsementti and Lohja Rudus from Scancem, following receipt of regulatory approvals. The consideration was #415 million (£327 million). The acquisitions expand CRH's operations to Finland, the Baltic states of Estonia and Latvia, and include a small business in St Petersburg in Russia.
