SOLDEK Metframe Systems Ltd, a sub contractor to the new Holiday Inn at Clondalkin, Dublin, has been ordered by the Circuit Civil Court not to reduce its assets below £29,790.
Judge Diarmuid Sheridan granted Colgan and Company solicitors, for Kennedy Steel Supplies Ltd, of Palmerstown, Dublin, leave to notify the AIB in Rathfarnham of the court order.
Ms Iris White, counsel for Kennedy Steel Supplies, said her client had carried out work for Soldek Metframe Systems and a cheque for the work had been dishonoured after having been countermanded by the defendant.
