The first of a new chain of supermarkets being managed by Vantage Wholesale was formally opened yesterday. Costcutter, a 4,000 sq ft premises at Collins Avenue, Dublin, is being operated on a franchise basis. Vantage Wholesale has an additional 15 Costcutter applications, which are being processed.
