TWO ADJOINING BLOCKS of apartments with a total of 18 one- and two-bedroom units in Finglas village, Dublin 11, are to be sold as a single lot on the instructions of Anglo Irish Bank.
Andrew Long of estate agent HT Meagher O’Reilly is seeking what he calls “a very reasonable figure” of €1.2 million for the portfolio which equates to €66,000 per apartment. There are 12 one-bedroom apartments and six two-bed units.
The two purpose-built three-storey blocks known as the Stonebridge Apartments face onto the North Road and have on-site parking for up to 30 cars. The development is being sold with tenants in situ.
The agents say the apartments have the potential to produce a monthly income of about €12,000.
