The land can be developed for a wide range of uses, according to the agent, and is located within the Whitestown Business Park on the southern side of the N81 Tallaght bypass.

It is about 2kms from the junction of the N81 and the M50. The surrounding area has had a large amount of residential and commercial development in recent years with the expansion of Tallaght town centre and the arrival of the Luas.
