A Navan-based firm of solicitors has bought the former ACC Bank at Market Square in the town for close to €350,000. Joint agents Raymond Potterton and HWBC had been seeking €400,000 for the building but no offers were received. Agent Loman Dempsey then reduced the guide price to over €275,000 and invited final bids within days.
