Kellogg's, the world's dominant cereal brand, is to open its new European headquarters at Airside Business Park in Swords in a further confirmation of the location's attractiveness to top international companies.

The company is renting 2,738 sq m (29,471 sq ft) in three interconnecting buildings, units 230-240, on a 20-year lease from August at an annual rent of €161.46 per sq m (€15 per sq ft).

It will also rent 109 parking spaces at €500 per car per annum.

"Kellogg's decision adds to the high quality of corporate tenants that have chosen to locate at Airside Business Park," said Deirdre Costello of Jones Lang LaSalle, which represents the landlord. "It also means that only 2,000 sq m (2,152 sq ft) of the 20,000 sq m (215,278 sq ft) completed at Airside so far remains to be let."
