Agencies: Jones Lang LaSalle celebrated its 40th year in the property business in Dublin with a reception for clients at which managing director John Mulcahy suggested they should expect the unexpected in the coming years.
"As always, we are forward-looking, and our focus now is on the next 40 years," he said at the reception in the Shelbourne Hotel. "That period will certainly see as many changes in the Dublin property scene as we have already lived through - and as before, many of these changes will be unpredictable."
Mr Mulcahy noted that Jones Lang LaSalle had been involved in almost all the major business property developments in Dublin during the past 40 years. "This was due entirely to the consistent support of our clients over that time.
"We look forward to continuing to deliver the most profitable outcomes for our clients through our unique approach to customer service, our in-depth market knowledge that comes from specialising in the area of business property, together with the strengths that come from being part of an integrated world player in the field of real estate."
