SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR Norman Crowley has moved his company to the penthouse office suite in Powerscourt House in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow. It is widely acknowledged as one of the most unique working environments in the country with stunning views over the famous gardens and the Wicklow landscape.

Mr Crowley set up Crowley Carbon in 2009 to help companies reduce their overall energy consumption.The new tenants are likely to be paying a rent of €215 per sq m (€20 per sq ft) for 343 sq m (3,700 sq ft) on a five-year lease.

Paul Hanly of agents HT Meagher O’Reilly, who handled the letting, said he hoped the new tenant’s move to Powerscourt would exceed the company’s expectations. “The penthouse space provides a world-class office and demonstration centre in an environment that can only motivate and energise their staff.
