Navan town centre has attracted two new tenants, UK discounter retailer Dealz and Carraig Donn, the Irish company specialising in fashion, jewellery, gift and homeware goods.
Dealz is trading in a unit extending to 392sq m (4,219 sq ft) while Carraig Donn has moved into the former A-Wear unit, which has a floor area of 205sq m (2,207sq ft).
The letting agents had been quoting rents of €753 per sq m (€70 per sq ft) for the two units.
Louise Donnelly of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald handled the lettings, which bring occupancy levels in Navan town centre up to 100 per cent.
