Avestus Capital* has sold its stake in the Palac Flora shopping centre in Prague as part of a €191 million deal with Atrium European Real Estate.

The mall was jointly owned by Avestus with Africa Israel Group unit AFI Europe.

Shares in Atrium European Real Estate shares rose the most since March 2009 after news of the deal was announced.
