IN Limerick, Shannon Development is looking for a buyer for the former Flextronics plant at the National Technology Park on Plassey Road in Castletroy.

Joint agents HWBC and Eoin Dillon Real Estate Alliance are guiding €1.75 million for the building which extends to 9,601sq m (103,348sq ft) and stands on a site of 3.6 hectares (8.9 acres).
