McCANN-ERICKSON has won a £750,000 pitch to handle Cablelink advertising business in a three-way pitch with DDFH&B and incumbent Javelin Young & Rubicam.

Cablelink has 300,000 subscribers in the Dublin, Waterford and Galway areas. It is planning to introduce a number of new premium services later this year and will be supporting this with a "heavyweight" advertising campaign.
