Bausch & Lomb and Boxmore Plastics are companies attempting to enhance the worker/management relationship and feature in the third of the four-part series Mind Your Own Business (Sunday, 10.55 p.m., RTE1). Bausch & Lomb is working on its team working and Mark and Andy meet their European partners to share their experience of partnership. Boxmore Plastics partnership process began in 1998 with the objective of increasing competitiveness through teamwork. It has now moved on to the next stage and is focusing on action and getting more workers involved.

All the Right Moves (Tuesday, 8.30 p.m., BBC2) investigates selling property on the Internet; buying and selling in Scotland; and the sellers' pack pilot scheme in Bristol in which vendors sell a pack with their house - including a survey, Land Registry documents and searches. Last year, Internet sales in Britain increased by 250 per cent and are expected to reach £6.75 billion sterling (€11.23 billion) by 2002.
